Villa Ombak
A concept in which the traditional Sasak
architecture of Lombok is combined with modern amenities in a very unique way.
The traditional lumbung consists of an upper floor bedroom that can be reached
from the adjacent big balcony and a spacious open-air living-room area which is
underneath.
The large semi-open bathroom at the backside
can be accessed from the bedroom via a staircase (from an opening in the floor
of the bedroom) or from the downstairs living area. There are also bungalow
rooms, which are half houses.

Our Rates are inclusive:
- Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly
- Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
- Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old sharing bed with parent
- If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 15 nett/pax/day
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival
date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in
the event of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for
government tax & service charge will be applied.
During High &
Peak Season (from the whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
Cancellation Fee
will be charged on cancellation received by us 14 days prior to arrival date
and for cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival, or in the event
of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax
& service charge will be applied
Payment Procedure
& Booking Confirmation
- We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.
- No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
- We are not responsible for any bank charges.
