104 rooms in units of four located at
upper floor with closed bathroom or on the ground floor with open air bathroom
all with bath tub and shower.
Ocean View
39 rooms in buildings of ten rooms all
are located close to the lobby and the pool. Rooms are available with
connecting door.
Beach Bungalow
14 rooms on the beach front, lounge
area in bedroom, king beds, in-room safe, large private walled, outdoor
bathroom, garden terrace.
Family Apartment
30 units on ground or upper level,
king size master bedroom, twin second bedroom, all self contained. Central
lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen. Ideal for families and long staying
guests.
Presidential Suite
1 unit featuring king size master bed
room, twin bedded second room, central lounge and dining room with self
contained kitchenette. Secluded area, beach fronted, private terrace and walled
garden. Unique outdoor, private walled bathroom.

Our Rates are inclusive:
- Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly
- Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
- Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old sharing bed with parent
- If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 15 nett/pax/day
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on
cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation
received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1
(one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied.
During High & Peak Season (from
the whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
Cancellation Fee will be charged on
cancellation received by us 14 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation
received less than 14 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1
(one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied

- No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
